1. Channel Fulfillment: drive consumers to WestPoint Stevens retail outlet stores, increase click-thoughts to partner sites for every featured product through polls ant tips, and highlight retail partnerships for private label brands.
2. Create Demand: Streamline featured brands and retail partnerships through strong product presence, testimonials, tips of the day, and community features.
3. Provide a Call to Action: Intuitive user interface and navigation provides satisfying experience for various user groups (consumers, investors, job seekers, partners).

This was a team project done with Scenic Creative. I was the lead design technologist, responsible for conceptual design development and client-side DHTML template programming for enhancing user interaction and rich media experience.

As an example, the new site featured a visual interface that changed based on the four traditional seasons. This feature, part of WestPoint Stevens' interest in creating a better branded user experience, was achieved using a combination of PHP and CSS to switch graphics, visual schemes, and link colors on a site-wide basis via a simple one-click mechanism found in the content management system.

In the summer of 2003, WestPoint Stevens (again) hired Scenic Creative to improve their web site. During this iteration our goals were to:

1. Enhance the community features to promote user dialogue, feedback mechanisms, and improved product support
2. Lighten the visual color schemes to enhance marketing appeal
3. Improve usability of product searching, viewing, and purchasing for the catalog
